MMK IFRS net profit jumps to $2.327 bln in January–September
MOSCOW, Oct 25 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russia’s Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) soared to U.S. $2.327 billion in January–September from $291 million in the same period of 2020, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a report on Monday.
Revenue jumped by around 90% to $8.471 billion, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) more than tripled to $3.318 billion.
